Reagan & Geoff Koski
120 Mimosa Pl.
The Koskis’ Cape Cod bungalow was built in 1941 and underwent renovations to the kitchen and master bathroom in 2006. The second floor and back addition were added in 2009. Because most of the houses on the street are single story with the exception of attics, Reagan and Geoff added onto the back of the home to keep the look consistent with the neighborhood.
Many of the paintings throughout the house were done by Reagan’s mother, Donna Horack, award-winning interior designer and artist – the contemporary portrait of children over the fireplace, flower in oil over the guest bed, sunset in watercolor in the master bath, charcoal woven in the dining room, and koi fish in acrylic over the media case piece. The bust pieces over the master bathtub were done by Reagan when she was in art school.
The Koskis cannot imagine living anywhere else but Winnona Park. “The friends we have made in our neighborhood have become more like an extension of our family.”
