The 1925 Winnona Park brick bungalow has been a labor of love since Molly and Russ bought it nearly 14 years ago. They have since worked on every room in the house, adding bead board, wainscoting and crown moldings, and custom floor designs in the kitchen and hallway. They also restored the main floor bath with all its original hardware.

Molly and Russ are professional graphic designers with their own design firm. Sculptures seen throughout the house were done by Russ, including one of Molly with her beloved Labrador, Melba.

These homeowners love their neighborhood! They have enjoyed getting to know their neighbors through gardening, walking their dog, and having kids in the school system.
